
Bootcamps are a very popular form of group exercise that can help you achieve weight-loss goals, improve fitness, and change up your usual workout routine. Trim Up has developed our own unique “Buffy” style Bootcamp that is designed for Beginner to Intermediate women.
How Buffy's Bootcamp is similar to other bootcamps:

| Challenging but attainable sessions with a blend of fitness instruction, inspiration and functional drills for cardio, agility and power. | |

| Our sessions also incorporate the playfulness of recess (remember how much fun that was back in school?) but with a purpose of fitness (and no one will be "picked last"!) |
How Buffy’s Bootcamp differs from the rest:
| NO outdoor workouts in the cold, wet or hot weather! We bring the class indoors if weather is not comfortable but utilize our spacious outdoor area whenever possible. |

| NO lying on the hard ground with the bugs! All mat and resistance exercises are done inside. |
|
| NO mile run! Our workouts are based on HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training, which burns the most fat and elevates metabolism. We encourage running to increase intensity during short (1 min) circuits but no running laps or timed run. |
|
| Participants do NOT need to bring any equipment! We provide the mats and weights/bands/balls. (Just bring a sweat towel & water) |

| Since the strength work is done inside, we do heavier weight training with dumbbells, barbells, and machines for even better results. | |
| We include nutritional counseling and seminars along with body fat testing/measurements at no extra charge. | |
| Non-member Bootcampers also receive one free Trim Up class each week during the session! |
