We will be offering over 30 Group Exercise Classes each week, adding new classes as class sizes grow. Our hours and the current class schedules are listed below. Vist the group exercise section to learn more about the classes.

Now Offering Beginner Orientation Classes
The first Monday of each month, 9:30-10:30 a.m.
• Learn about all of our group exercise classes and what to expect
• Includes a sample low impact class that introduces moves & use of equipment
• Must sign up in advance but there is no charge
• This class is open to both new members & non-members interested in learning more about our program
