February is Heart Month
Heart disease is still the No. 1 killer of women. This means mothers, sisters and friends are dying at the rate of one per minute because they don't know that heart disease kills. That's why the American Heart Association's Go Red For Women movement is trying to raise awareness and educate women about heart disease.

In support of Heart Month, Trim Up is offering $5 Red classes during February. Our class schedule below lists qualifying classes; come in for a great workout!

Saturday   8 am - 12 pm
